Today whilst on an emergency call out to swap some downlights this is what we came across




This is an all too common occurrence at the moment, we are coming across this on a weekly basis.

There are several issues here and this installation was carried out recently by an electrician.

You should always use an approved electrical contractor for your electrical maintenance.
